氣動(dòng)剪板機(jī)采用由下往上V型刀剪切方式。主要用于剪切板厚為0.5-3mm寬度為不大于1600mm的鋼板，被剪切板料強(qiáng)度以450N/mm2為計(jì)算依據(jù)，如需剪切其它大于該強(qiáng)度的板料時(shí)應(yīng)相應(yīng)減薄被剪板料的最大厚度。本機(jī)機(jī)身、上下刀架采用鋼板焊接結(jié)構(gòu)，整體回火消除變形應(yīng)力，龍門結(jié)構(gòu)式下傳動(dòng)，工作平穩(wěn)可靠，剛性好、噪音低。
The pneumatic shearing machine adopts a V-shaped knife cutting method from bottom to top. Mainly used for cutting steel plates with a thickness of 0.5-3mm and a width not exceeding 1600mm. The strength of the sheared plate is calculated based on 450N/mm2. If it is necessary to cut other plates with a strength greater than this, the maximum thickness of the sheared plate should be correspondingly reduced. The body and upper and lower knife frames of this machine are made of steel plate welded structure, with overall tempering to eliminate deformation stress. The gantry structure type lower transmission ensures smooth and reliable operation, good rigidity, and low noise.
