本機(jī)器主要用于剪切板厚為0.5—3，寬度為不大于4000mm的鋼板，被剪切板料強(qiáng)度以450N/mm2為計(jì)算依據(jù)，如需剪切其它大于該強(qiáng)度的板料時(shí)應(yīng)相應(yīng)減薄被剪板料的最大厚度。本機(jī)機(jī)身、上下刀架采用鋼板焊接結(jié)構(gòu)，整體回火消除變形應(yīng)力，龍門結(jié)構(gòu)式上傳動(dòng)，工作平穩(wěn)可靠，剛性好、噪音低。
This machine is mainly used for cutting steel plates with a thickness of 0.5-3 and a width not exceeding 4000mm. The strength of the sheared plate is calculated based on 450N/mm2. If other plates with a strength greater than this need to be sheared, the maximum thickness of the sheared plate should be correspondingly reduced. The body and upper and lower knife frames of this machine are welded with steel plates, and the overall tempering eliminates deformation stress. The gantry structure is used for upper transmission, which works smoothly and reliably, with good rigidity and low noise.
